1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use apply to Phone Cleaner - AI Clean (the “App”) and aicleaner-master.com (the “Website”). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the App’s developer and operator identified on its App Store listing. By using the App or Website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
These terms explain the features, your responsibilities, subscriptions, and support arrangements. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Eligibility and device requirements
You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian where the law requires it. App Store age ratings, purchase restrictions, and Apple Account rules also apply. You are responsible for using an account and device you are authorized to use.
The App requires a compatible Apple device and supported operating-system version. Available features can depend on permissions, installed version, device capacity, and access to the content you select. Internet access may be needed for downloads, purchases, entitlement restoration, or Apple-managed cloud content.
3. License and Apple’s standard EULA
We grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules. The software is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the software license unless a valid custom EULA is supplied with the App.
These terms supplement that license with information about our service. They do not reduce your rights under applicable Apple terms or mandatory law. Apple and its subsidiaries have the third-party enforcement rights provided by the applicable EULA.
4. Features and access
The App provides tools for reviewing photo clutter, organizing duplicate contacts, compressing images, and generating QR codes. A feature description explains its intended use; it does not promise a particular amount of storage savings or an error-free result in every library.
Some functionality may be available without payment and other functionality may require an active subscription. The App’s current purchase screen describes the access offered by a particular plan. Screenshots on this Website are illustrative; content and layout can vary by app version and device.
5. Subscription plans and pricing
Before you confirm a purchase, the App and Apple’s confirmation screen display the available subscription, its duration, price, and any applicable trial or introductory conditions. Prices may differ by storefront, currency, or offer eligibility. The details shown at purchase govern the plan you select.
Do not purchase based solely on a Website illustration or a price you saw in a different region. Review the complete offer and renewal terms. A subscription supplies access to the stated features during its active period; it is not a promise of unlimited new features or a particular cleanup result.
6. Billing and automatic renewal
Payments are charged through your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. An auto-renewable subscription continues into the next billing period unless canceled through Apple’s subscription controls. Renewal charges and any required price-change notices are handled through Apple’s purchase system.
We cannot edit your payment method or see your full card details. Keep billing questions and account credentials within Apple’s secure account tools. Failed payments, expiration, or revoked transactions can interrupt paid access.
7. Trials and introductory offers
A trial or introductory price is available only when explicitly offered to you. Its length, eligibility, and subsequent price are shown before enrollment. An offer may convert to a paid subscription if you do not cancel within the applicable window.
To avoid a charge after a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Check Apple’s subscription screen for the applicable date and remaining access. Do not assume reinstalling the App creates new trial eligibility. Any unused trial entitlement is subject to the conditions of the offer you accepted.
8. Managing, canceling, and restoring purchases
You can manage a subscription in iPhone Settings by selecting your name, then Subscriptions, and then the relevant plan. Cancel before renewal; allow at least 24 hours where Apple’s trial or offer rules require it. Deleting the App or sending us an email does not cancel the subscription.
After cancellation, access normally continues until the period shown by Apple ends, although trial rules may differ. Use the App’s restore-purchase function, where offered, with the Apple Account used to buy the subscription. Restoration recognizes an eligible existing purchase; it does not create a new free entitlement.
9. Refunds and Apple’s review
For an App Store purchase, submit an eligible refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. We cannot guarantee that a request will be approved or set Apple’s processing time.
A refund or revocation may end the related paid entitlement. Cancel a subscription separately if you also want to stop future renewals. These terms do not exclude any statutory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer remedy available in your location.
10. Purchase-consumption information for refunds
When an end user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with relevant information about how that purchase was used, provided the user has given the consent required by Apple and applicable law. Where available, this may include App usage time, an anonymous or pseudonymous account identifier, aggregate amounts spent, and aggregate amounts previously refunded.
This information is supplied solely to assist Apple in reviewing the refund request. We send only relevant information actually available to us and do not include photo-library contents, contact records, QR-code contents, or payment-card details. Without the required consent, we do not send a consumption-information response. Merely accepting these terms is not separate consent to that disclosure.
A non-name identifier can still relate to a user or transaction. The Privacy Policy explains this limited disclosure and its distinction from the App’s local content-processing features. Apple remains responsible for its refund decision.
11. Review before deleting or merging
You are responsible for reviewing the items selected for deletion, merging, or other changes. Similarity detection is a convenience and may group items that you want to keep. Two photos that appear similar may have different quality, meaning, or metadata; contacts with matching details may still represent different people.
Keep suitable backups of important content. A merge or deletion may synchronize to other devices through an account you have configured. Recovery depends on iOS, the relevant service, and your backup settings. We do not promise that every action can be undone.
12. Compression and storage estimates
Compression can change visual quality, file size, or metadata. Results depend on the source image, selected settings, and supported format. Review a compressed copy before deciding whether an original can be removed. Storage estimates are informational and can differ from the amount later displayed by iOS.
The App operates within iOS permissions and capabilities. It does not claim to erase protected system files, clean other apps’ private storage, expand physical device capacity, or guarantee a faster device. Space may remain occupied by Recently Deleted items, caches, or cloud synchronization controlled outside the App.
13. QR codes and exported content
You are responsible for the text, links, credentials, and other content you put into a QR code or export. Check an output before sharing it. Anyone with access to a code may be able to read its contents, so avoid public distribution of private Wi-Fi details or confidential contact information.
We do not control a website reached through a code you create. A generated code is not an endorsement of its destination or a security review of the content. Third-party scanning apps and services may behave differently.
14. Acceptable use
Use the App only for content you are entitled to access and modify. Do not use it to interfere with another person’s data, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful content, or bypass access controls. Do not attempt to disrupt the App, Website, or support systems.
You may not resell the App or misuse its branding to suggest an affiliation. Restrictions on copying, modification, and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and the applicable license; legally protected interoperability and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
15. Your content and our intellectual property
You keep your rights in your own photos, videos, contact information, and other content. Using local cleanup tools does not transfer ownership to us or grant us permission to publish your content. You are responsible for obtaining permission from others when it is needed to process or share their information.
The App’s original software, interface, branding, and Website content belong to their respective rights holders. Apple, iPhone, iOS, and App Store names belong to Apple. The App is not represented as an Apple product or as endorsed by Apple.
16. Privacy and third-party services
The App’s local processing, permissions, support communications, and limited purchase-related handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Device access should be granted only when you want to use the relevant feature. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.
Apple purchases, cloud accounts, email delivery, and destinations you choose when sharing operate under separate service terms. We do not control those independent services. An external link is provided for convenience and does not mean we adopt every statement or practice on the linked page.
17. Support, maintenance, and changes
Contact support@aicleaner-master.com if you need help with an App feature or have a question about these terms. Include a short description, app version, device model, and iOS version if relevant. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
We handle support for this App; Apple is not responsible for providing its maintenance or support. We may release updates or change functionality to address compatibility, reliability, or other needs. We do not promise a specific response time or uninterrupted availability. Material changes to paid access remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
18. Warranties and service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the App and Website are provided as available without a promise that they will meet every individual preference or be free of interruptions or errors. This does not exclude legally required standards of quality, fitness, conformity, or other non-excludable warranties.
If an App warranty failure gives you a right to notify Apple and request repayment of the purchase price under the applicable EULA, that right remains available. Responsibility for other App-related claims rests with the provider as established by the license and law.
19. Liability and consumer protections
We are responsible for losses to the extent required by applicable law. Where the law allows a limitation, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the App, or loss caused by actions outside our reasonable control. Maintain backups and review the selections you authorize.
No provision excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a waiver of mandatory privacy or consumer rights. If a restriction is not permitted in your location, it applies only to the lawful extent.
20. Termination and compliance
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, unlawful use, or a security risk, subject to applicable law. Ending use does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or reverse changes already made to your files or contacts.
You must comply with applicable export, sanctions, and other laws when using the App. Where Apple’s license requires eligibility representations, those requirements also apply. Provisions concerning accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution continue as appropriate after use ends.
21. Disputes, applicable rights, and severability
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. This is an invitation to seek a practical resolution, not a requirement to surrender access to a regulator, court, or statutory remedy. The applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant license and mandatory laws governing your relationship with the provider.
Nothing here deprives you of protections or court access available under the mandatory laws of your usual residence. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible, and the invalid part applies only as far as legally permitted.
22. Updates and contact details
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the version shown here. Material changes will be communicated as required; any necessary new agreement will be obtained before the affected terms are applied. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.
